Trial Order Commission — 8% Flat

Trial orders carry a fixed 8% commission regardless of your GMV tier. This covers the additional escrow holding cost, dispute management, and return logistics for 30-day guaranteed returns. Bulk orders (all repeat orders after the first) follow your tier rate above. Sellers must opt-in to offer trial orders — it is not mandatory.

Return Refund Terms: If a buyer returns unsold trial inventory within the 30-day window, a flat 2% payment gateway fee and reverse shipping courier freight are deducted from the returned merchandise value before releasing the net refund from escrow. Commission is charged strictly on retained stock.
