Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Window: Buyers can cancel any wholesale order within 24 hours of placing the order, or prior to the brand booking courier pickup / generating an AWB, whichever occurs earlier.

1.2 How to Request Cancellation: You may cancel directly from your Buyer Dashboard under Orders & Escrow, or email our support desk at ayushpandey7628@gmail.com or call +91 9758901959 with your Order ID.

1.3 Cancellation Charges: If cancelled prior to dispatch, 100% of the purchase amount (including applicable taxes and shipping) will be refunded with zero cancellation penalty.

1.4 Post-Dispatch Orders: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner and an AWB tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled in transit. It will instead fall under our standard Return & Refund procedure upon delivery.

ShelfBridge operates a flagship 30-Day Guaranteed Returns program to eliminate dead-stock risk for retail buyers experimenting with emerging D2C and FMCG brands:

• Eligibility: Applies to first-time trial wholesale orders of brand SKUs.
• Return Condition: Returned items must be in unopened master cartons, undamaged, with original seal, batch number, MRP stickers, and FSSAI markings intact.
• Perishable & Short-Shelf-Life Goods: Products with less than 60 days total shelf life or temperature-sensitive SKUs must be verified prior to return initiation.
• Reserve Hold Release: The 10% escrow reserve held during the 30-day trial will be adjusted or refunded in accordance with verified return units.

Every wholesale order shipped via our integrated courier network is covered by transit insurance:

• Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect carton condition upon handover by the delivery courier. If severe tampering is visible, note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Reporting Window: Report any transit damage, carton leakage, or quantity mismatch within 48 hours of delivery.
• Proof Required: Take clear photos/unboxing videos showing the shipping label, damaged carton, and damaged units, and email to ayushpandey7628@gmail.com.
• Resolution: You will be offered an immediate 100% refund for the affected units or a priority replacement dispatched at no extra charge.

All refunds are processed securely via our regulated payment gateway partners back to the original mode of payment used during order checkout.

* Note: Turnaround times may vary depending on the buyer's issuing bank settlement cycles. Once initiated by us, a payment gateway refund reference ID (RRN) will be shared with you via email.
