By accessing, browsing, registering for, or placing wholesale orders through ShelfBridge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our website and services.

ShelfBridge is a gated Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale discovery and transaction network. To access gated wholesale prices, place trial orders, or list products as a supplier:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must represent a genuine commercial entity (e.g. retail store, supermarket, hotel, café, restaurant, corporate cafeteria, or registered distributor).
• You must provide accurate business credentials, including valid GSTIN, PAN, and mandatory statutory registrations (such as FSSAI licenses for food & beverage products).
• We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or reject any account that fails KYC or verification checks.

3.1 Pricing Transparency: All product listings indicate wholesale unit prices, recommended Maximum Retail Prices (MRP), standard Case Pack / Carton sizes, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).

3.2 GST & Taxes: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated at checkout according to statutory HSN codes. Valid Tax Invoices will be issued by the brand supplier or platform for GST input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.

3.3 Acceptance: An order confirmation email represents an offer to purchase and is subject to brand availability and verification of dispatch capability.

4.1 Regulated Gateways: Payments on ShelfBridge are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator gateways supporting UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and NEFT/RTGS.

4.2 Escrow Mechanics: Buyer funds are held in secure nodal/escrow accounts until delivery verification. Upon confirmed courier handover and verification, the brand payout is disbursed, with a 10% reserve held for the 30-day trial return period to safeguard both parties.

4.3 Fraud Prevention: We do not store sensitive card data (CVV or PIN) on our servers; all transaction processing complies with PCI-DSS standards.

Orders are dispatched via integrated pan-India surface logistics partners. Air waybill (AWB) tracking is provided upon dispatch. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed physical delivery scan at the buyer's registered address.

All cancellations, return requests, and refund disbursements are governed strictly by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

In the event of an approved refund, funds will be returned to the original source of payment within 5–7 business days.

All brand logos, trademarks, imagery, text, software, and interfaces on ShelfBridge are the property of AYUSH PANDEY or their respective brand owners and are protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
